How much does it cost to use the QoQer platform to create my product.
At QoQer we design your logo and product brand material for free. Our fee is usually 7.5% of total product value purchased through our platform.
How long does it take from idea to product?
5-7 days for logo and brand design. 7-14 days for sample and shipping. 30-90 days for the final product. Kindly note that these timelines are estimates.
What is the QoQer refund policy?
We can not offer refund on custom goods that have already been manufactured.
What is your quality control process?
We have inspection officers on ground who closely monitor the process to ensure that the approved sample and mass product retains the exact same quality.
Which countries can you source my products from?
China. We also can create/source your product in any country within Asia on demand.
How long will it take for my products to be shipped to me?
Shipping duration depends on your chosen shipping method. Your account manager would communicate estimated shipping time before your product is shipped.
Do you charge a service fee?
We charge a service fee of 100USD at the sampling stage of your production cycle.
Can I get a sample of my product before I make my order?
Yes. You can place an order for a sample before a bulk purchase.
Do I have to pay for the sample(s)?
Yes. You are required to pay for the sample and the cost of shipping to you.
What shipping methods are available?
You can choose either air freight or cargo shipping.
